1. Introduction

This Public Offer (“Offer”) sets out the terms and conditions under which Zoe Beauty and Brows (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) provides professional beauty training services through our website zoebeautyandbrows.com.au (“the Website”).

By enrolling in any training course, program, or workshop provided by Zoe Beauty and Brows (“Training Services”), you (“the Student”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Offer.

1.3
This Offer becomes effective and legally binding upon full or partial payment of any training fee.

2. Training Packages Offered

Zoe Beauty and Brows offers high-quality, industry-focused beauty training. The following outlines what is included in our standard training packages.
Packages may be updated from time to time and customised options may be offered.

2.1 Brow Sculpt & Tint Training

Includes:

• Theory module covering brow mapping, shaping, and colour selection

• Live demonstration by a qualified trainer

• Supervised hands-on practice on a live model for face to face courses

• Hygiene, sanitation, and workstation setup procedures

• Product knowledge and recommended suppliers

• Certificate of Completion

• Post-training support for 30 days (email or messaging)

2.2 Brow Lamination Training

Includes:

• Brow lamination theory (hair structure, processing times, lash/brow safety)

• Demonstration on model

• Practical session with trainer guidance

• Troubleshooting guide for common lamination issues

• Laminating kit (optional add-on dependent on package selected)

• Certificate of Completion

• 30 days post-training support

2.3 Hybrid Dye & Stain Brow Training

Includes:

• Colour theory and tint selection

• Hybrid dye/stain application techniques

• Patch testing and contraindications

• Practical session on model

• Product manual and procedures

• Certificate of Completion

• 30 days post-training support

2.4 Lash Lift & Tint Training

Includes:

• Lash lift science and processing times

• Shield sizing and lash placement

• Demonstration + supervised practical session

• Full step-by-step manual

• Lash lift starter kit (optional depending on package)

• Certificate of Completion

• 30 days post-training support

2.5 Combination Training Packages

(For example: Brow Sculpt + Lamination, Brow Lamination + Hybrid Dye, etc.)
These include all components of the individual programs packaged together, and may also offer:

• Discounted bundled price

• Extended practical time

• Expanded support period (up to 60 days)

3. Enrolment & Payment

3.1
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a required deposit or full payment.

3.2
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another training date with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

3.3
Full payment must be made prior to the start of the training session unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

4. Student Responsibilities

4.1
Students must be at least 16 years old (or as required by local regulations).

4.2
Students must arrange a live model where required, unless otherwise stated.

4.3
Students must attend the training on time. Late arrivals may reduce practical time and cannot be refunded.

4.4
Students are responsible for complying with all safety and hygiene guidelines provided.

5. Certification

5.1
Students will receive a Certificate of Completion upon demonstrating competency in the techniques taught.

5.2
Certificates are not equivalent to government-accredited qualifications.
They certify skills learned through private training.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1
All sales are final. Training fees are non-refundable once paid.

6.2
Students may reschedule once, with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

6.3
Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.

7. Training Materials & Kits

7.1
Some packages include starter kits, and others may offer kits as optional add-ons.

7.2
All manuals, course materials, and digital content remain the intellectual property of Zoe Beauty and Brows and must not be copied, shared, or resold.

8. Post-Training Support

8.1
Support includes answering questions, troubleshooting, product recommendations, and technique guidance.

8.2
Support does not include re-training, additional practical sessions, or business/marketing coaching unless explicitly included.

9. Health & Safety

9.1
Students must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies relevant to participation in the training.

9.2
We reserve the right to refuse training to individuals who may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.

10. Business Use & Insurance

10.1
The Student is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance before performing treatments on paying clients.

10.2
We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, income, or client acquisition.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1
Zoe Beauty and Brows is not liable for:

• allergic reactions on models or clients

• mistakes made by students after training

• loss of income, revenue, or business opportunities

11.2
Students take full responsibility for practicing safely and within local regulations.

12. Amendments

12.1
Zoe Beauty and Brows reserves the right to update or modify this Offer at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website.
